Front Desk Agent
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making guests feel welcome? MaiHana, a leading boutique hotel, is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that each guest receives top-tier service during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide efficient check-in/check-out services
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Assist with concierge services and offer recommendations for local attractions and amenities
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient with hotel management software (previous experience with [insert software name] is a plus)
