Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making guests feel welcome? MaiHana, a leading  boutique hotel, is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that each guest receives top-tier service during their stay.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests warmly and provide efficient check-in/check-out services
  2. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
  3. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
  4. Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly
  5. Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
  6. Assist with concierge services and offer recommendations for local attractions and amenities
  7. Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
  8. Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  5. Proficient with hotel management software (previous experience with [insert software name] is a plus)
  6. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
